2026 Todd County Construction Update #3

Current Work Scheduled:
(Please note that this schedule of work can and will change, but it gives a general idea of timing for work on these projects. The projects are listed in the anticipated order that work will progress. We will periodically give updates as the work is completed and schedules change.)
CSAH 2 (SP 077-602-021) from CSAH 11 to TH 28:
- Paving work will continue through the week of May 26th-29th to finish the 2nd lift of paving on reclaimed areas and milled surfaces, with shouldering and striping to follow.
- Pay attention when traveling on the new paved surfaces, as the gravel shoulders will be low for another week until finish paving and shouldering is completed. With the current schedule all work should be completed by early-June.
- The road will continue to remain open with signage and flaggers present as needed during paving and shouldering operations.
CSAH 11 (SP 077-611-036) from the South County Line to TH 27:
- All paving work has been completed with shouldering and striping to follow.
- Pay attention when traveling on the new paved surfaces, as the gravel shoulders will be low until shouldering is completed. Shouldering work is anticipated to start around May 27th. With the current schedule all work should be completed by early-June.
- The road will continue to remain open with signage and flaggers present as needed during shouldering operations.
CR 98 (CP 26:98) from CSAH 2 to TH 287:
- Paving work will continue through the week of May 26th-29th to finish the 2nd lift of paving on reclaimed areas and milled surfaces, with shouldering and striping to follow.
- Pay attention when traveling on the new paved surfaces, as the gravel shoulders will be low for another week until finish paving and shouldering is completed. With the current schedule all work should be completed by early-June.
- The road will continue to remain open with signage and flaggers present as needed during paving and shouldering operations.
CR 104 (CP 26:104) from CSAH 13 to TH 28:
- All pavement surface milling operations have been completed with milled segments ready for new pavement.
- Two Full Depth Reclamation (exist. pavement ground-up with base material below) segments have been completed and are ready for new pavement.
- Paving work is anticipated to start the week of May 26th-29th, with shouldering and striping to follow. With the current schedule all work should be completed by mid-June
- The road will continue to remain open with signage and flaggers present as needed during paving and shouldering operations.
CSAH 48 (SAP 077-648-005) from U.S. Hwy. 71 to TH 287:
- All pavement surface milling operations have been completed with milled segments ready for new pavement.
- Excavation and backfill work has been completed to correct subgrade material at one culvert pipe location at the 255th intersection. This segment will be open with gravel surfacing until asphalt paving occurs.
- Paving work is anticipated to start the week of June 1st-5th, with shouldering and striping to follow. With the current schedule all work should be completed by mid-June
- The road will continue to remain open with signage and flaggers present as needed during paving and shouldering operations.
CSAH 4 (CP 77-26-01) Culvert Pipe Replacement West of 161st Ave. Intersection:
- The culvert replacement work has been completed with gravel surfacing over the excavation area; the roadway will remain open to traffic.
- Traffic should slow down when crossing the gravel surfacing as there will be a slight bump and potential for loose gravel until paving can be completed.
- Paving work to patch this area is anticipated for early-June with shouldering and striping to follow. All work should be completed by mid-June.
Miscellaneous Paver Patches (CP 77-26-01):
- Asphalt paver patches have been completed on CSAH 1, CSAH 10, CSAH 36 and CR 94. Aggregate shouldering and striping will follow and are anticipated to be completed by mid-June.
- All of these roads will continue to remain open with signage and flaggers present as needed during shouldering operations.
- Also, culvert lining repair work has been completed at various locations NE of Long Prairie, specifically on CSAH 5, CSAH 25, CSAH 29, and CSAH 30
