Notice of Filing for Township Election:

Notice is hereby given to qualified voters of Turtle Creek Township, that filing for town office will be held for a two week period beginning Tuesday December 30, 2025 to 5:00 PM Tuesday, January 13, 2026.  Affidavits of Candidacy shall be filed with the Town Clerk at 35456 Leisure Dr. Cushing, MN by appointment (320-630-5260). 

A filing fee of $2.00 will be accepted at this time. Filing will close on January 13, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., the Town Clerk office will be open Tuesday January 13, 2026 as per MN Statute §205.13, subd 1a, from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Offices to be filled at the March Annual election are: 1 Supervisor Position for 3-year term and 1 Clerk Position for 2-year term.

* Township Board Meetings are held on the 1st Monday of the month with changes to the date being posted on the message board located outside the Townhall door.  April through October the meetings are at 6:00 pm at the Townhall.  November through March the meetings are at 4:30 pm at Roger Jeziorski, 30754 County Road 16.

* Annual Township Meeting is held the 2nd Tuesday in March at 4:00 pm at the Townhall.

* March Elections are held the 2nd Tuesday in March from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at the Townhall.

* November Elections are held the 1st Tuesday in November from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm at the Townhall.

TURTLE CREEK TOWNSHIP: 1880, was named for the Turtle Creek stream.
